There is still a controversy about the showing clients and reference on a law firm’s website.
But there is also a demand for more proven information about your experience and finished projects.
Doing a video with your client and posting it on YouTube or Facebook looks like an ultimate solution for this.
Here are the examples of how you can do it.
1. Studio setup
Your client deserves a professional surrounding to record a video testimonial. Give him or her the best you can get to show the appreciation.
This video shows the setup of the legal marketing show that my business partner Marcin Tomczak runs every two weeks with his live Facebook and YouTube streams. If you want to look serious in a studio, this is what you should be looking for.
2. Office setup
The other way to record your clients’ testimonials is to visit them in their office, in their natural surrounding. That is what we did while gathering the material for a testimonial video for Marcin Asłanowicz and Wolf Theiss Warsaw office.
1 day, 5 locations, demanding conditions and as a result we made this short movie showing what new Wolf Theiss’s clients can expect from the litigation department.
I know great examples of such movies from EY.
